Please note: Be­fore us­ing this pre­re­lease soft­ware it should be em­pha­sized that it will not dis­play the sta­bil­i­ty of a fin­ished prod­uct. You may test prob­lems with this pre­re­lease soft­ware that may pos­si­bly re­sult in data loss. This soft­ware is not re­com­mended for pro­duc­tion use and it is strong­ly sug­gested that you back up your ex­ist­ing data be­fore run­ning this soft­ware. Web Gar­den Graph­ic WILL NOT BE RE­SPON­SI­BLE FOR ANY DATA LOSS OR DAM­AGE TO YOUR COM­PU­TER AS A CON­SE­QUENCE OF US­ING THIS PROD­UCT.

  1. This is not shareware soft­ware and is does not deal with an eval­u­a­tion, but a beta test. You will re­ceive bug­gy soft­ware and whilst we will do our best to fix all re­port­ed er­rors, we can do lit­tle about those re­main­ing unkown to us. De­spite eve­ry pre­lim­i­nary care, the soft­ware you re­ceive may not be of re­lease qual­i­ty, and should not be con­sid­ered on those terms.
  2. The soft­ware is NOT to be dis­trib­ut­ed: eve­ry copy of this pack­age will be ex­press­ly made ready for a sin­gle User to down­load and in­stall it; there are no gen­er­al key-codes for the hy­phenator-Pro, as the key-code built for your pack­age will only be val­id for that one and none else.
    If you know oth­er sub­jects in­ter­est­ed in par­tic­i­pat­ing in the beta test, they should each sub­mit their own ap­pli­ca­tion hence. All ap­pli­ca­tions can be wel­come, in the range of our pre­fixed num­ber, but ONLY with a sol­id un­der­stand­ing of the above.
    We have a pol­i­cy of granting a free li­censed copy of the soft­ware to an­y­one who ap­plied to be in the beta test­ing pro­gram and sent at least three pos­i­tive, neg­a­tive, what­ev­er use­ful feed­backs. Fur­ther­more all that peo­ple whose names are list­ed into our ac­knowl­edge­ments are el­i­gi­ble to a free ful­ly li­censed copy of the soft­ware on their sim­ple re­quest.
Any and all claims or dis­putes re­lat­ing to the Ser­vice shall be governed by the laws of the CEE. For the pur­pose of re­solv­ing con­flicts re­lat­ing to the Ser­vice, the Cus­tom­er agrees that ven­ue shall be in the State of It­a­ly only.

I cer­ti­fy that this beta test soft­ware will only be used for beta test­ing pur­poses, and will not be rented, leased, sold, sub­li­censed, as­signed, or oth­er­wise trans­ferred. Fur­ther, I cer­ti­fy that I will not rent, lease, sell any prod­uct, pro­cess, or ser­vice that is the di­rect prod­uct of the soft­ware in beta test.
