The following terms and conditions are essential to the use this software: the installation of any copy of hyphenator-Pro testifies your full acceptance as end user of the License. If you do not agree to any of the terms of this License, then you can not purchase, nor install or use any version of hyphenator-Pro.
The Software and Documentation are licensed, not sold, to you.
The author Antonio Alessi retains all right, title and interest in and to the Software including, without limitation, all intellectual property rights relating to or embodied in the Software and Documentation.
The Software is "in use" when it is loaded either in temporary or permanent memory of the computer.
If you have acquired a Single User License of the Software, you may use the Software only on a single computer or workstation.
If you have acquired multiple Single User Licenses, you may copy and install the downloaded Software once for each License you have acquired. If you install the Software on a web proxy server, you must acquire a Single User License for each computer connected to the web proxy server. You may store the Software on a network server(s), provided you acquire and dedicate a License for each computer which accesses the Software: one key-code will be supplied with each license to be used exclusively on one single computer system at a time. Multiple licenses are obtainable through our site or Support.
You may not transfer all of your rights under this EULA without a written permission of the Author.
You may not claim any trademark rights in the Hyphenator-pro or derivative works thereof.
This software, and all accompanying files are distributed AS IS and with no warranties of any kind, whether expressed or implied.
You use hyphenator-Pro at your own risk.
In no event shall Web Garden Graphic OR ITS SUPPLIERS OR RESELLERS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSON FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT OR USE OR MISUSE OF hyphenator-Pro. IN NO EVENT WILL Web Garden Graphic BE LIABLE FOR (1) ANY DAMAGES IN EXCESS OF THE AMOUNT Web Garden Graphic RECEIVED FROM YOU FOR A LICENSE TO THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF Web Garden Graphic HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND NOTWITHSTANDING THE FAILURE OF ESSENTIAL PURPOSE OF ANY REMEDY, OR (2) FOR ANY CLAIM BY ANY THIRD PARTY.
You may not use Hyphenator-pro in violation
of a copyright or for any illegal purpose. Hyphenator-pro may not be used in the production of libelous, defamatory, fraudulent, lewd, obscene or pornographic material or any material that infringes upon any third party intellectual property rights or in any otherwise illegal manner.
In addition, in no event does hyphenator-Pro authorize you to use hyphenator-Pro in applications or systems where hyphenator-Pro's failure to perform can reasonably be expected to result in a significant physical or moral injury,
or in loss of life. Any such use by you is entirely at your own risk, and you agree to hold hyphenator-Pro harmless from any claims or losses relating to such unauthorized use. |
You may not copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on hyphenator-Pro or transfer the licensed program, or any subset of the licensed program, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution.
